Service
Inmmigration
Spain has become an attractive destination not only for tourists but also for entrepreneurs, professionals, and families seeking to settle and thrive here. Aware of the diverse needs of the foreign population, we offer specialized services that cover all the necessary procedures to facilitate integration. These include assistance with local registration, school enrollment, obtaining residence permits, medical center registration, visas, and legal representation.
In particular, we take pride in advising our clients before they decide to move to Spain, offering guidance on fiscal implications and/or civil rights and obligations they may encounter. This includes matters such as inheritance laws, the obligation to exchange a foreign driving license, or registering a vehicle under Spanish plates.
Our team includes individuals of various nationalities, which helps us empathize with our clients, understand their needs, and clearly explain the complexities of Spanish bureaucracy.
Services
Allow us to guide you on your journey.
The foreign population continues to grow, especially along the Costa del Sol. This includes non-residents purchasing a second home here, retirees fulfilling their dream of spending the rest of their lives in a safe, sunny, and beautiful location, as well as entrepreneurs and professionals who wish to work, develop their projects and ambitions, form families, or bring their children here to achieve social and economic well-being.
For this reason, we have a dedicated section within our consultancy, providing guidance on various matters in multiple languages (we speak Spanish, English, and French).

Important Notes About the S1 Certificate:
Obtaining the S1 Certificate grants access to public healthcare in Spain and eliminates the need for additional costs related to private health insurance, which is often a mandatory requirement for residency or visa applications. Keep in mind that for retirees, private health insurers often refuse coverage due to age or pre-existing conditions.
- Application Process: We can handle the application as your representatives. Depending on the country, the request is made by phone or email, and the certificate is sent directly to our office for your convenience.
- Once the relevant residency document or visa is obtained, along with the S1 Certificate, we can process its validation with the INSS (National Institute of Social Security) without the client needing to visit the INSS office in person.
- After receiving the document that certifies healthcare entitlement in Spain, we can add dependents (such as children or spouses) to the healthcare coverage, if desired, and handle registration at the appropriate medical center based on the client’s address.
